• Take ownership of Growth & Funnel Optimization.
• Facilitate user acquisition and enhance conversion rates through paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led growth channels.
• Continuously test and refine messaging, landing pages, CTAs, onboarding processes, and conversion funnels.
• Implement GTM Campaigns.
• Assist in product launches and GTM strategies from planning to execution.
• Coordinate campaigns across web, email, paid, content, and social media channels to boost awareness and growth in the pipeline.
• Oversee Lifecycle & Email Marketing.
• Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives including onboarding, nurture, activation, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Manage segmentation, automation, and performance tracking for email workflows.
• Landing Pages & Conversion management.
• Lead landing page strategy and execution, encompassing testing, messaging, UX recommendations, and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to swiftly launch and iterate experiments.
• Handle Performance Marketing.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, X, Meta, and other emerging channels.
• Monitor CAC, conversion rates, attribution, and ROI to enhance campaign performance.
• Conduct Analytics & Experimentation.
• Track and analyze essential funnel metrics and growth KPIs.
• Create reporting dashboards, identify opportunities for improvement, and conduct structured A/B tests to elevate acquisition and activation performance.
• Oversee Marketing Operations & Tooling.
• Assist in building and maintaining the marketing technology stack and operational processes required for efficient growth scaling.
• 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or GTM roles within a startup or high-growth tech company.
• Strong grasp of full-funnel growth strategies and conversion optimization.
• Proven experience managing landing pages, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows.
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset with a background in measuring campaign and funnel performance.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly in fast-paced startup environments.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Familiarity with modern marketing and analytics tools.
