This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Cold Email (MailScale / RevReply): Oversee daily campaign performance metrics, including reply rates, positive reply rates, and meeting conversions. Eliminate underperforming variants that fall below the set threshold and identify top performers for scaling. Enhance prospect lists on Apollo.io across all five national verticals. Oversee the sending infrastructure, encompassing domains, inboxes, and warm-up schedules. Conduct weekly audits of RevReply auto-responses, highlighting warm replies for leadership.
• LinkedIn Automation (Heyreach / Expandi): Create and manage prospect lists within LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on title and location. Execute connection requests and follow-up sequences across multiple accounts. Track acceptance rates, reply rates, and warm conversations on a daily basis. Immediately flag positive replies to leadership for follow-up. Cross-reference LinkedIn prospects with email lists for effective multi-channel targeting.
• Referral Partner Network: Identify and integrate target referral partners — including CPAs, mortgage brokers, RE attorneys, and property management firms — into outreach sequences. Monitor the referral pipeline using Google Sheets, documenting partner status, referrals received, and attributed revenue. Dispatch monthly check-in emails and market updates to partners. Facilitate introductions and transitions to leadership for partner meetings.
• Producer Recruitment: Identify producer candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific groups. Initiate outreach sequences and schedule introductory calls for leadership. Manage the onboarding checklist for new producers, which includes license verification, provision of materials, and CRM access. Track the producer pipeline and activities weekly.
• Reporting: Provide a weekly KPI dashboard encompassing all four channels every Monday. Proactively identify anomalies, underperformers, and potential opportunities. Maintain tracking systems in Google Sheets for prospect lists, partner tracking, and the producer pipeline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing B2B outbound campaigns through cold email and/or LinkedIn.
• Practical experience with Apollo.io, MailScale, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools such as Heyreach or Expandi.
• Excellent command of written English — professional, concise, and native-level quality.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, including functions like SUMIFS, IMPORTRANGE, and dashboard creation.
• Availability during US Eastern business hours (9 am–6 pm ET), Monday through Friday.
