Growth Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients who reach out to us via referral or our website.

• Address inquiries and feedback from all individuals interested in enrolling.

• Enroll patients into our program to facilitate conversion.

• Guide patients through discussions regarding financial and subscription plans.

• Ensure a seamless and scalable process for patient enrollment.

• Manage insurance enrollment and credentialing tasks.

• Respond to inbound non-clinical support and enrollment questions.

• Collaborate with Carda’s clinical staff and personnel at referring physician offices to enhance operational processes.

• Utilize technology and internal teams to accurately address patient inquiries and thoroughly resolve challenges.

• Work closely with our product and marketing team to identify clinical workflow priorities and determine impactful product modifications.

• Execute other strategically significant projects, including care package fulfillment and enhancements to the marketing funnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales B2C role, demonstrating a history of owning and scaling company processes.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
