Growth Engineer, Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop components that connect the Injective blockchain with JSON-RPC providers, indexers, wallets, bridges, storage solutions, analytics platforms, and applications.

• Take ownership of partner integrations from start to finish, including technical discovery, architectural discussions, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.

• Utilize existing integration expertise to create systems that are user-friendly, scalable, and highly efficient.

• Continuously enhance integration tools and processes, covering deployment workflows, testing frameworks, deployment scripts, security measures, monitoring, and alerting.

• Deliver prompt and effective technical support to developers by troubleshooting issues, responding to technical inquiries, and aiding in integration challenges.

• Create and distribute thorough technical documentation, tutorials, sample code, and other resources for developers.

• Work in collaboration with product and engineering teams to collect developer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and influence product roadmap decisions.

• Assist in developer onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth experience for teams operating within the Injective ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience within the blockchain ecosystem, including Layer 1s, Layer 2s, or infrastructure providers such as oracles, bridges, indexers, RPC providers, wallets, or other high-performance blockchain applications.

• Strong proficiency in smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and ecosystem tools.

• Experience in developing tools and automation using JavaScript, Golang, and/or Rust.

• Familiarity with CosmWasm is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging in technical discussions, reviews, and documentation while effectively conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Self-driven and proactive with the capacity to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and share knowledge to achieve solutions, alongside a desire to learn.

• Knowledge of decentralized finance concepts, protocols, and emerging trends.
