📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive growth engine, enhancing the entire journey from Paid Acquisition through Conversion to Monetization, with the primary objective of maximizing LTV Margin.

• Optimize a seven-figure monthly marketing budget across global channels and the product portfolio, ensuring that resources are strategically directed towards the highest-growth opportunities.

• Develop and refine scalable processes that enable teams to work with significant autonomy while maintaining exceptional performance standards.

• Align cross-functional teams to guarantee a cohesive growth strategy and foster a rapid experimentation culture.

• Convert detailed data and market signals into critical decisions regarding product direction, knowing precisely when to scale or pivot a product.

• Discover and capitalize on new channel opportunities, utilizing technical acumen to elevate our health and wellness applications into global market leaders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads at a substantial scale.

• Demonstrated success in a "performance-first" environment where paid media serves as the primary revenue driver.

• Ideally experienced within the subscription-based mobile applications (web-to-app) sector.

• Proven track record in managing high-volume monthly budgets and driving rapid expenditure growth.

• Capability to leverage AI and automation to improve creative workflows and campaign speed.

• Profound understanding of the interplay between paid media, onboarding funnels, pricing, and LTV.

• Detailed comprehension of LTV, CPA, and ROAS, along with the capacity to interpret market signals for investment optimization.

• Established ability to guide performance, growth product, and monetization teams towards shared P&L objectives.
