Growth Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Your mission will be to ensure speed and scale in the visual execution of Zippi's Growth levers, working across two complementary fronts: producing high-volume paid media creatives using Artificial Intelligence, and designing conversion-focused screens for funnel experiments.

• The role will be responsible for structuring a high-cadence creative machine, producing static ads, carousels, and videos for paid media, as well as designing Landing Pages, onboarding screens, and UI experiments within the app, always emphasizing data, testing speed, and rapid learning. The expected impact is to multiply the volume of A/B tests conducted weekly, reducing CAC and increasing conversion at critical funnel stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• AI as a production lever: advanced proficiency in generative tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, or similar) to autonomously scale the volume of creatives without relying on manual processes or technical supervision;

• Conversion-oriented design: excellent command of Figma to build Landing Pages, onboarding screens, and UI/UX experiments, with the ability to prioritize information and consider the user flow;

• Creative detachment and focus on results: a clear understanding that the success criterion is conversion, not aesthetics, with the maturity to accept rejected designs in A/B tests and iterate without attachment;

• Speed and execution autonomy: ability to manage multiple competing demands, propose layouts, and deliver at a high cadence without constant direction;

• Basic video editing skills for the rapid production of creatives in video/reels format.
