Growth, CRO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate product funnels to pinpoint drop-offs, friction points, and inefficiencies.

• Regularly benchmark competitors and uncover high-impact opportunities.

• Develop clear, data-driven hypotheses aimed at enhancing conversion and retention.

• Create functional prototypes and workflows using modern tools (including AI) to swiftly validate concepts.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to implement experiments in production.

• Analyze results from experiments and translate them into actionable next steps.

• Uphold a high standard of quality and meticulous attention to detail across all experiments and UI/UX modifications.

• Assume responsibility for enhancing key aspects of the user journey from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, CRO, product, or a related role (D2C/SaaS experience is a significant advantage).

• Strong builder mentality - you don’t just propose ideas; you develop and test them.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools (e.g., v0, Lovable, or similar) to create realistic product flows.

• Solid grasp of product analytics (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar).

• Ability to conceptualize in terms of funnels, user behavior, and conversion rates.

• Exceptional attention to detail - you catch what others overlook.

• Strong sense of ownership and motivation - you advance initiatives without needing direction.

• Effective communication skills in English.
