This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Oversee and enhance the company's TikTok presence through initiatives led by creators and strategies focused on social growth.
• Formulate and implement strategies for TikTok growth that prioritize audience expansion, engagement, and conversion.
• Keep abreast of platform trends, emerging content styles, and consumer behaviors to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Offer insights to enhance content performance and boost visibility throughout the TikTok ecosystem.
• Remain well-informed about platform updates, trending viral content, and best practices among creators.
• Assist in TikTok Shop growth initiatives and manage daily operational workflows.
• Organize creator campaigns that are directly linked to social commerce and product sales efforts.
• Assess product performance and uncover opportunities to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes that facilitate scalable social commerce operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Source, recruit, onboard, and supervise creators and affiliates across various campaigns and initiatives.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with creators through proactive communication and support.
• Manage creator briefs, campaign schedules, deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Monitor creator and affiliate performance, identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
• Establish scalable systems for acquiring creators, managing relationships, and fostering affiliate growth.
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance content operations and creator workflows.
• Aid in the development of systems that efficiently manage user-generated content pipelines.
• Support high-volume content initiatives by optimizing asset organization and workflow execution.
• Identify avenues for enhancing operational efficiency through technological advancements and process improvements.
• Contribute to scalable frameworks that support the long-term growth of the creator ecosystem.
• Track and evaluate performance metrics related to creators, affiliates, TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
• Create performance summaries and actionable recommendations based on campaign insights.
• Analyze engagement, conversion, and operational KPIs to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making through structured reporting and analysis.
• Continuously assess growth initiatives and suggest optimizations.
• 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate management, social commerce, growth marketing, community management, or related marketing areas.
• Solid understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, creator ecosystems, affiliate programs, and consumer behavior focused on social media.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, onboarding, managing, and nurturing relationships with creators, influencers, or affiliates.
• Ability to assess performance metrics, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Profound knowledge of internet culture, social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging creator opportunities.
• Comfort in utilizing AI tools and workflow systems to boost efficiency, content operations, and creator management processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively manage creator partnerships.
• Highly proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in fast-paced startup environments.
