• Engages with potential and existing members through inbound and outbound calls to promote services, arrange First Appointments and VIP tours, address retention issues, and recover disenrollments.
• Takes ownership of and implements assigned acquisition, retention, and recovery campaigns, working collaboratively within teams to achieve performance targets and enhance conversion results throughout the member lifecycle.
• Ensures accurate and thorough documentation of all member interactions, campaign results, and follow-up actions in Salesforce and any other relevant systems utilized by the COE.
• Actively contributes to team discussions aimed at identifying process enhancements, refining communication strategies, and improving the overall member experience.
• Provides consistent, professional engagements by adhering to established campaign workflows, effectively managing objections, and clearly conveying ChenMed's value proposition.
• Assists in campaign pilots and strategic initiatives by offering field-based insights, pinpointing operational challenges, and suggesting solutions.
• Achieves or surpasses defined performance metrics such as contact rates, conversion rates, retention rates, and quality assurance standards.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• At least one (1) year of proven sales or customer service experience with demonstrated results.
• Experience with seniors, healthcare, or Medicare-eligible populations is preferred.
• A strong track record in sales or customer service with quantifiable results (conversion rates, retention rates, customer satisfaction scores).
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the patience and skill to engage seniors in meaningful conversations while showing empathy and understanding of their healthcare needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), Salesforce CRM, and other database, email, and reporting software.
• Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time for local, regional, or national team meetings.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; bilingual is a plus.
