This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Define and implement user acquisition and growth strategies for mobile applications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients: present results, propose experiments, and manage expectations.
• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team (paid media, creativity, BI) and be responsible for their performance.
• Manage relationships with platforms and vendors (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic partners).
• Design and execute growth experiments with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven experience in mobile user acquisition and app metrics management: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention rates.
• Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular).
• Strong commercial profile: someone who enjoys client-facing roles, knows how to present, negotiate, and build trust-based relationships.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects in agile environments.
• Proficiency in the digital advertising ecosystem: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, X/Twitter.
• Programmatic experience is a significant advantage.
• Analytical and experimental mindset: enjoys numbers, testing, and making data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or mobile apps is highly valued.
• Advanced English proficiency (highly valued).
• 100% remote.
