Growth Business Development – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop business growth strategies and assist the team in successfully introducing, negotiating, collaborating, and finalizing business partnership projects.

• Engage with and negotiate profitable agreements with potential key opinion leaders (KOL).

• Provide support to KOL and create tailored campaigns aimed at boosting KOL trading volume.

• Establish collaborations with key opinion leaders or cryptocurrency projects to enhance mutual cooperation.

• Perform market research to uncover new markets and identify customer needs.

• Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing KOLs/clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a business development manager or a similar role.

• Background in channel and market development.

• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets is an advantage.

• Fluency in English and proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is required.
