This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with banks, digital wallets, fintech firms, payment service providers, and cryptocurrency platforms.
• Develop and oversee a focused pipeline of strategic accounts.
• Manage the complete business development process, from initial outreach to signed contracts and successful implementation.
• Lead negotiations with senior decision-makers on commercial agreements.
• Coordinate API integration initiatives in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Create business cases and commercial proposals customized for each partner.
• Work alongside Legal and Compliance teams throughout the partnership journey.
• Launch collaborative go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives with partners.
• Track partner performance and uncover opportunities to enhance transaction volumes.
• Represent GoBTC Pay at industry events and executive meetings.
• Provide market insights and partnership feedback to the leadership team.
• Over 5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Financial Services.
• A proven history of successfully closing complex B2B or enterprise partnerships.
• Experience collaborating with banks, payment providers, fintech companies, digital wallets, or cryptocurrency firms.
• Strong skills in commercial negotiation and relationship management.
• Experience overseeing enterprise sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of API-based products, payment infrastructure, or technical integrations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
