This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for establishing and nurturing partnerships with educational institutions.
• Solely responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly partnership and growth objectives.
• Diligently track performance and proactively refine strategies as needed.
• Actively seek out and secure new partnerships.
• Conduct effective training sessions for educators.
• Sustain a high-quality pipeline of prospects and active partners within the CRM.
• Native German speaker or possess business-fluent (negotiation-level) German proficiency.
• Experience in sales, partnerships, or working with non-profit organizations.
• Familiarity with sales tools, project management, or CRM systems.
• At ease when approaching individuals and confident in both written and verbal communication.
• Friendly and open demeanor with a knack for relationship building.
• Strong skills in intercultural communication.
• Passion for languages: We are a team of 30 individuals who collectively speak 20 languages fluently.
