This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Your primary responsibility will be to develop and expand SyncVR Medical in the United States, starting in Houston, Texas, with an emphasis on pediatric care.
• Generate New Revenue (Pediatrics): Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with children’s hospitals, pediatric departments, and key clinical stakeholders, particularly within the Texas Medical Center.
• Oversee Business Development: Direct outbound initiatives and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Manage Complex Sales Cycles: Oversee multi-stakeholder hospital sales processes and ensure deals reach completion.
• Lead Value-Based Selling: Advocate for SyncVR’s XR platform as a clinical and financial asset by developing compelling business cases and executive proposals.
• Shape & Scale the US Business: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, recruitment, and market expansion, paving the way for a leadership role (Head of Sales / VP USA).
• Proven Medical Sales Hunter: 5–10 years of experience in medical sales (HealthTech or Medical Devices), demonstrating a strong ability to close new business and cultivate a pipeline from the ground up.
• Pediatrics Experience: Experience in selling to children’s hospitals, pediatric departments, or pediatric-oriented healthcare settings is essential.
• US Healthcare Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of hospital procurement and decision-making processes.
• An existing network within Texas (particularly in the Texas Medical Center) is a significant advantage.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and building a market from the ground up.
• Strategic & Hands-On: Capable of engaging C-level stakeholders on ROI and strategy, while also driving outbound initiatives, partnerships, and deal execution.
• Ambition to Grow: Driven to build, scale, and assume future leadership roles.
• Build a Market from Scratch: Play a pivotal role in launching and scaling SyncVR Medical in the US, with a strong focus on pediatric care and children’s hospitals.
