This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for establishing robust relationships that facilitate the growth and enhancement of the Fifth Third customer base.
• Offers guidance, coaching, and developmental support throughout the retail division regarding business development initiatives.
• Recognizes and disseminates best practices that enable effective team execution of the sales process.
• Collaborates with all tiers of the leadership team to identify key growth opportunities for small businesses and consumer households in the market.
• Works alongside the sales team to provide expertise in managing a pipeline of potential clients.
• Discovers new business opportunities through partnerships within the bank.
• Responsible for managing risk by openly sharing ideas and perspectives.
• Ensures that actions and behaviors contribute to a positive customer experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Strong business insight is essential.
• Capability to collaborate and forge strong One Bank partnerships.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation/facilitation communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong sales proficiency and experience in sales coaching.
• Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
