Growth & Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in outreach processes, automation, data sources, and classification criteria.

• Design and enhance data pipelines focused on actionability and scalability.

• Enhance outreach campaigns through testing, iteration, and performance analysis.

• Connect tools, APIs, and systems to automate repetitive tasks and increase operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Process teams to align criteria and objectives.

• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions before they escalate into problems.

• Document processes and build increasingly robust and scalable systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in roles related to automation, growth operations, revenue operations, marketing ops, or internal data systems.

• Systems mindset: understanding how decisions in one part of the process impact the overall operation.

• Genuine affinity for AI and automation.

• Experience using automation tools and workflows such as Clay, Make, Zapier, N8N, or similar.

• Ability to interpret REST APIs and JSON structures.

• Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript for simple data cleaning, transformation, or automation scripts.

• Proficient in Google Sheets and data logic.

• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs or similar to interpret basic metrics.
