Growth Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist with incoming campaigns involving content, social media posts, and SEO tasks

• Support outbound initiatives by building prospect lists, sending outreach sequences, and conducting follow-ups

• Aid in the creation and distribution of content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and others

• Monitor campaign performance and report on essential metrics

• Learn from and contribute to go-to-market experiments in collaboration with the growth team

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales development, or growth

• A keen interest in inbound, outbound, and content-driven growth strategies

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or a strong willingness to learn)

• Curious, proactive, and eager to acquire practical experience
