Growth Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the complete lead journey from start to finish.

• Take ownership of the performance for all lead generation initiatives.

• Focus on optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Evaluate campaign performance to consistently enhance lead quality and quantity.

• Lead a remote marketing team across various functions: PPC, SEO, Design, Automation, and CRM.

• Delegate tasks, establish clear KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall company growth goals.

• Implement systems and procedures to simplify campaign planning, execution, and reporting.

• Supervise the launch, management, and enhancement of paid media campaigns.

• Manage performance dashboards related to paid media, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation.

• Work in conjunction with the Sales team to guarantee lead quality and alignment in the sales funnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years focused on PPC and ROI optimization.

• Strong expertise in performance marketing, particularly in lead generation-centered business models.

• Proven experience in managing and scaling remote, cross-functional marketing teams.

• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).

• Robust knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems, and user journey mapping.

• Familiarity with platforms like GoHighLevel, Monday.com, or similar applications.

• Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication abilities.

• Highly analytical, data-driven, and proactive in recognizing growth opportunities.
