Growth and Email Campaign Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Developing and overseeing outbound email sequences and campaigns

• Executing A/B and A/Z testing on subject lines, messaging, and timing of sends

• Creating and updating prospect lists utilizing tools such as Apollo and ZoomInfo

• Ensuring data integrity across contact records and campaign lists

• Tracking campaign performance and proactively identifying issues

• Assisting the SDR team with verified contact details and list management

• Aiding in the creation of reports and performance dashboards for leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in email campaigns, sales engagement platforms, or marketing operations

• Familiarity with CRM systems, with HubSpot being preferred

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on data hygiene

• Self-motivated and dependable, capable of managing several active campaigns independently

• Well-organized and proactive with a mindset geared towards systems thinking

• Experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or data analysis is highly preferred

• No prior experience in commercial cleaning is necessary
