This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage daily campaign operations across CookUnity's offline media platforms, such as Linear TV, CTV, Online Video, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Podcasts.
• Assist in media strategy, budget distribution, and performance monitoring; evaluating results daily and alerting senior leadership to potential risks or opportunities.
• Oversee campaign trafficking, manage creative assets, and ensure quality control to guarantee campaigns are launched correctly and run seamlessly.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards that accurately and clearly track essential metrics (impressions, CPM, CPV, reach, frequency, brand lift).
• Implement structured testing strategies designed by senior team members, covering aspects from creative rotation to daypart optimization and audience targeting experiments.
• Work collaboratively with agency partners on campaign configurations, optimization requests, and performance analytics.
• Aid in the formulation of media recommendations by performing competitive analyses, audience exploration, and channel performance evaluations.
• Contribute to the establishment of measurement frameworks by extracting data, reconciling discrepancies, and participating in weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
• Remain informed on offline media industry trends, platform advancements, and emerging channels, bringing innovative ideas and learning opportunities to the team.
• Collaborate across departments, including Creative and Analytics, to ensure brand consistency and precise tracking.
• 2-4 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, preferably with some exposure to offline channels (TV, CTV, Audio, Podcasts).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities; comfortable working with data to create clean dashboards, identify trends, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• A demonstrated interest in media measurement and attribution; while you may not have extensive MMM experience yet, you have a keen desire to learn how brand campaigns influence business results.
• Detail-oriented and organized; adept at managing multiple campaigns and vendors without overlooking critical details, proactively identifying issues before they escalate.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments; excel when given ownership of specific projects and can work independently to find solutions.
• Strong communication skills; able to distill complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Inquisitive and commercially focused; eager to understand not only what occurred, but also the reasons behind it and the next steps to take.
