Group Vice President – PacNW, Hawaii

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Group P&L and KPI performance.

• Propel and strengthen the disciplined execution of enterprise-designed initiatives.

• Play a key role in the design and implementation of growth strategies.

• Supervise Group financial and business performance.

• Lead capital planning, facility enhancements, and marketing strategies.

• Exemplify VCA’s mission and The Five Principles of Mars, Inc.

• Promote an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

• Collaborate closely with Medical Operations and other support teams.

• Model and advocate for the Triad of Care framework.

• Ensure the consistent provision of outstanding medical care.

• Work with Medical Operations Leadership to attract, hire, onboard, retain, and develop veterinarians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA or DVM preferred.

• 10+ years of relevant experience / 12+ years preferred.

• Language proficiency: Capability to read, write, and speak English.

• Advanced digital proficiency with productivity platforms, including MS365.

• Strong expertise in data and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).

• Extensive knowledge in the veterinary, healthcare, or related services sector.

• Strong understanding of hospital operations, P&L accountability, pricing strategies, contract negotiation, revenue optimization, and labor management within multi-site healthcare or service environments.
