Group Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of Regional Operations Directors

• Take responsibility for the Group's P&L performance, strategic growth, and long-term value creation

• Drive and reinforce the disciplined implementation of enterprise-designed programs

• Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies

• Oversee the financial and business performance of the Group

• Lead capital planning, facility enhancements, and marketing strategies

• Embody VCA’s mission and establish the cultural tone for the organization

• Promote an inclusive and collaborative work environment

• Collaborate with support functions to ensure alignment

• Guarantee the consistent delivery of outstanding medical care and operational excellence

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA or DVM Preferred

• 10+ Years of Relevant Experience / 12+ Preferred

• Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Advanced digital proficiency with productivity platforms, including MS365

• Strong expertise in data and analytics platforms (Excel, Power BI)

• Extensive knowledge of the veterinary, healthcare, or related services industry

• Strong command over hospital operations, P&L ownership, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, revenue optimization, and labor management within multi-site healthcare or service environments
