Group Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

• Lead a team of Regional Operations Directors to ensure outstanding medical results.

• Propel Group P&L and KPI performance through regional teams.

• Supervise Group financial and business performance to maintain hospital sustainability.

• Exemplify the organizational mission and establish the cultural tone.

• Cultivate an inclusive atmosphere that prioritizes psychological safety.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA or DVM is Preferred.

• 10+ Years of Relevant Experience / 12+ Years Preferred.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English.

• Advanced digital literacy with productivity tools, specifically MS365.

• Strong expertise in data and analytics platforms, including Excel and Power BI.

• Extensive knowledge in the veterinary, healthcare, or related services sectors.

• Solid understanding of hospital operations, P&L ownership, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, revenue optimization, and labor management within multi-site healthcare or service settings.

• Demonstrated ability to align business discipline with medical priorities.
