Group Risk – Protection Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Generate new business prospects through referrals, inquiries, and relationship-building initiatives.

• Advocate for the Health & Protection offering both internally within the Group and externally to potential clients.

• Recognize chances to cross-sell and up-sell appropriate products and services.

• Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on clients' specific needs and objectives.

• Assess and review employee benefit arrangements to pinpoint enhancements, cost savings, and better outcomes.

• Participate in client and colleague meetings, both virtually and in person, as necessary.

• Perform activities adhering to FCA regulations, Consumer Duty standards, and internal compliance requirements.

• Cultivate strong client relationships and play a role in the business growth of the Health & Protection team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Group Risk or Protection sales, account management, or consulting.

• Solid technical expertise in at least one area of Group Risk or Protection.

• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proactive in creating and developing business opportunities.

• Previous experience in an insurance broker setting is preferred; experience with insurers will also be taken into account.

• Familiarity with Acturis is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Capability to conduct activities in accordance with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty standards, and internal compliance protocols.

• Eagerness to expand knowledge across the broader Health & Protection offering.
