This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Serve as the intermediary between International SOS health and security analytical support and the Client Organization.
β’ Utilize International SOS points of contact and regional knowledge to assist clients in their decision-making processes.
β’ Optimize the usage of International SOS services and assess daily service utilization.
β’ Offer proactive recommendations for adjustments in operational procedures based on case evaluations.
β’ Keep client management informed about updates, innovations, the Insight Report pipeline, and pertinent thematic/geographic trends.
β’ Develop strategic thought pieces, forecasts, emerging-crisis detection, and operational guidance.
β’ Provide contextual information and advice during incidents, including implications and escalation suggestions.
β’ Assist in risk assessment, crisis management, business continuity, operational planning, and crisis escalations.
β’ Gather, analyze, and distribute security and health intelligence impacting client personnel and operations.
β’ Track crisis escalation indicators.
β’ Present findings and recommended actions to facilitate business decision-making.
β’ Monitor client employees through Quantum prior to travel for policy and regulatory compliance.
β’ Review travel information and offer assistance as necessary.
β’ Aid in traveler preparation, education, information, and support before, during, and after travel.
β’ Address traveler incidents and manage emergency response plans alongside client points of contact.
β’ Assist in internal escalation planning and preparatory initiatives.
β’ Provide customized travel risk assessments.
β’ Support travel-related incidents as needed, including outside of regular working hours.
β’ In-depth understanding of the International SOS platform and its tools.
β’ Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to make clear judgments regarding the effects of security incidents on client activities.
β’ Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to set goals, define objectives, and plan for success.
β’ Proficient use of technology for data reporting and the online/virtual delivery of services.
β’ International work or security experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in security operations management within military, government, or private sector roles is preferred.
β’ Expertise in International SOS security or operational processes is preferred.
β’ Undergraduate degree or relevant professional training in security, risk management, or international relations studies.
β’ Fluent in both spoken and written English.
