Group Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for the SmarterDenials teams, including Appeal Writer, Management, and expansions, by prioritizing initiatives that yield measurable clinical and commercial outcomes.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, enhancing the group's standards for craft, customer empathy, and execution.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the SmarterDx user and buyer market, focusing on payer behavior, denial patterns, and RCM workflows.

• Interact with customers to collect feedback, pinpoint friction points, and uncover opportunities for impactful product enhancements.

• Establish, monitor, and report on critical success metrics to evaluate product performance, adoption, and business impact.

• Assist Product Managers in leading a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers through the entire product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, including at least 1–2 years in a management position.

• Proven history of scaling an existing product while also contributing to the development of new products or 0-to-1 initiatives.

• More than 3 years of experience in healthtech, preferably in RCM, denials management, coding, or B2B clinical workflows.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data science, and UX, with the ability to lead without formal authority.

• Experience managing both external customers and internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Implementations, and Sales.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear narratives for technical and executive audiences.
