This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for Scowtt’s AI Sales platform.
• Define the mechanisms through which Agentic AI autonomously enhances inbound conversion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Convert proprietary ML predictions into tangible customer value.
• Establish success metrics linked to conversion rates and revenue impact.
• Develop prediction models that elucidate the reasons behind inquiry conversions.
• Ensure that AI modifies engagement strategies based on anticipated motivators.
• Collaborate with Data Science to enhance model accuracy and transparency.
• Determine who is ready to make a purchase and what their subsequent purchases will be.
• Facilitate autonomous upselling and cross-selling through CRM and marketing signals.
• Fuel a continuous revenue-generating cycle.
• Articulate Scowtt’s unique value proposition compared to conventional sales automation.
• Integrate Marketing intelligence into Sales operations.
• Equip GTM teams with compelling product narratives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Align product implementation with the commercial strategy.
• Lead SOC 2 compliance initiatives throughout the product lifecycle by incorporating 'Security by Design' into PRDs, prioritizing enterprise-grade security features (RBAC, SSO, Audit Logging), and enforcing stringent change management and third-party vendor risk assessments.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 2+ years of experience with AI-driven or data-intensive products.
• 2+ years of experience in developing products based on agentic technology.
