Group Lead Software Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take on the technical and organizational leadership of the Software Development team, which consists of approximately 4 to 6 members within the department.

• Your responsibilities include detailed planning, scheduling, and resource management, in close collaboration with our Sales department.

• You will implement effective workflows and enhance software development processes throughout the entire process chain within your team.

• Ensuring a high level of service orientation within your team is crucial.

• You will provide guidance to Sales on expanding competencies to improve customer acquisition and order generation.

• You will cultivate your team into a cohesive and efficient collaborative unit.

• In close partnership with HR, you will support, promote, and develop your team members.

• You will develop software solutions for various industries utilizing C#, Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.

• Your role involves creating user interface features and developing REST APIs for backend functionality.

• You will design software concepts, write user stories, and collaborate with key users of our customers.

• Supporting project management in requirements engineering will be part of your duties.

• You will conduct developer tests, perform code reviews, and ensure structured documentation of source code.

• You hold a degree in (business) computer science or possess a comparable IT qualification.

• You have strong programming skills in C#, Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.

• You enjoy teamwork and exhibit strong analytical abilities.

• You have a proven track record in leading employees.

• You are confident in your presentation, communicate openly and clearly, and enjoy collaborating within a team.
