• Oversee Bikmo's global Partnerships initiative
• Take charge of the channel strategy, KPIs, and partner P&L in collaboration with CXO and CEO
• Directly supervise the Head of Partnerships for UK+IE and the Head of Business Development
• Ensure the success of Bikmo's existing partner network
• Spearhead multi-territory launches with local teams
• Proven expertise in leading and nurturing high-performing partnerships, sales, or commercial teams
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding strategic partner relationships at a senior level
• Strong history of securing, launching, and scaling commercial partnerships
• Experience in implementing sales pipelines, CRM, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Proficient in navigating a regulated insurance distribution environment
• Background in working across markets (UK, EU, and ideally US) at a senior level
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
