This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly supervise Account Directors and manage Account Managers within the Fashion division.
• Inspire, coach, mentor, and develop team members in the division through effective direction, alignment of goals, constructive feedback, and training.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships to retain and expand the client portfolio while identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
• Maintain forecasts for client retention and address client escalations as necessary.
• Engage in new business pitches and RFPs, enhancing the division’s go-to-market strategy and win rates.
• Develop industry-specific solutions for Power Circuit and drive trends and innovations within the division in collaboration with R&D.
• Improve reporting templates and strategic deliverables.
• Provide consultation on the division’s P&L, forecast churn, service expansion, new business ventures, and operational efficiency to support profitability.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, training, onboarding, and advancements in technology, AI, and process improvements.
• Strengthen the application and utilization of nova, collaborating on enhancements to the roadmap.
• Partner with Data Intelligence, Media Planning, and shared Activation teams to execute client campaigns effectively.
• Serve as a thought leader both internally and externally by participating in conferences, speaking engagements, producing blog content, and conducting training sessions.
• Proven leadership and management experience within a department is required.
• A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role at a digital marketing agency.
• Experience in managing a P&L to ensure profitable growth.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, client retention, and client expansion.
• A demonstrated history of achieving high customer satisfaction scores through NPS or similar retention metrics.
• In-depth understanding of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels.
• Familiarity with first-party data tools, including Google Analytics and Shopify.
• Proficient in building rapport and establishing relationships with executive-level contacts.
• Experience managing large teams while coaching direct reports and fostering talent development across the organization.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
