This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee a portfolio of group benefit clients located in the West.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with consultants and advisors.
• Ensure client satisfaction while achieving financial targets.
• Expand and nurture existing relationships with clients and consultants/advisors.
• Provide exceptional service and articulate the value proposition along with products and services.
• Represent Manulife in a professional manner during client-facing meetings.
• Keep clients and consultants updated on changes affecting Group Benefits.
• Exhibit negotiation and influencing skills while collaborating with internal teams.
• Demonstrated success in a comparable position at Manulife or within the Group Benefits sector.
• Strong customer-centric approach with the capacity to negotiate and influence effectively.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and mathematical abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to propose innovative solutions.
• Advanced project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• High level of technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Valid driver’s license with the willingness to travel as needed.
