Group Art Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, develop, design, and implement artwork for the team

• Execute integrated advertising campaigns

• Oversee the creative process

• Ensure that the work aligns strategically and creatively

• Lead, guide, and direct the creative design team

• Guarantee that projects are executed according to strategy, on schedule, and within budget

• Mentor junior team members

• Supervise projects, assign tasks, and approve work

• Uphold high standards and consistently apply design systems

• Assess the quality and uniformity of the agency's creative output

• Contribute to the development of strategies and briefs

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships

• Shape and guide the creative work

• Engage in new business presentations

• Manage multiple direct reports while delegating workflow across various projects and brands

⛳️ Requirements

• Digital portfolio is mandatory

• Proficient in FIGMA

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or a related field

• 7 years of experience in creative/creative management

• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is preferred

• Exceptional creative presentation abilities

• Must be self-driven, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines

• Advanced experience with Mac, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Suite
