This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Surpassing Client Expectations Throughout the Portfolio

• Develop and implement detailed account strategies for every client

• Propel portfolio growth by communicating JLL's value proposition effectively

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of each client's data center objectives

• Manage and enhance performance across diverse contract frameworks

• Engage in new business development initiatives

• Create and execute performance tracking systems for the entire portfolio

• Set standardized KPIs and benchmarks

• Produce regular performance reports and executive dashboards for the portfolio

• Utilize data analytics to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization

• Regularly evaluate the data center services landscape

• Develop business cases for expanding services

• Maintain strong collaboration with JLL Work Dynamics leadership

• Encourage teamwork across various internal departments

• Proactively identify operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risks

• Formulate actionable and measurable career development plans for all direct reports

• Present detailed annual account strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced leader with over 10 years in Facility Management and executive roles within Commercial Real Estate

• Significant experience managing multiple client relationships concurrently

• Proven history of recruiting, training, and retaining large teams (100+) of specialized professionals

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolio budgets (preferably $50M+)

• Strong expertise in portfolio performance management

• Experience in identifying and implementing new products and service offerings

• Proven capability in managing relationships with internal stakeholders across matrixed organizations

• Established risk management skills
