• Oversee and cultivate relationships with key accounts in the Grid Automation sector.
• Formulate and implement account strategies for designated clients.
• Identify and seek out new business prospects.
• Act as a reliable technology and business partner for customers on behalf of GE Vernova.
• Manage the review, analysis, and resolution of customer application inquiries assigned to you.
• Offer technical support to both internal and external clients regarding the complete suite of Grid Automation Products.
• Support the Commercial/Sales team in ensuring optimal technical solutions.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, and conferences as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
• Advanced knowledge of Substation Protection and/or Substation Control System Applications within the Transmission & Distribution sector.
• Familiarity with IEC 61850-based Substation Automation solutions.
• Extensive understanding of cybersecurity topics and software business.
• Practical knowledge of Substation Protection, Substation Automation, and RTUs.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (40%).
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
