Graphics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop virtual mockups and proofs to assist the sales team

• Convert logos into vector format

• Engage with clients regarding layout and design aspects

• Apply client logos to a range of hard and soft goods

• Edit and create graphics as needed

• Generate multiple design options

• Assess final layouts and recommend enhancements when required

• Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs

• Execute additional tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline

• 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, or a comparable role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or align with US business hours

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs)

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Canva is preferred

• Experience in the promotional products, printing, or decorated apparel industry is a plus

• Knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design

• Experience with computer-aided design tools
