Graphic Designer, Video Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create visually engaging social and paid advertisement designs for campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.

• Develop AI-enhanced social media graphics alongside traditional design projects.

• Construct brochures, sales materials, and exhibition artwork adhering to established brand guidelines.

• Edit short-form videos by transforming webinars and interviews into new social media content.

• Suggest visual styles and formats for various projects.

• Handle multiple creative requests and meet deadlines in a dynamic remote work setting.

• Take ownership of creative execution for social media, paid advertising, events, and short-form video content.

• Collaborate remotely with a marketing team operating in Australian time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• A portfolio that showcases expertise in social media, digital advertising, print, and short-form video.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, including working with templates and brand kits.

• Experience in creating paid advertisement content for LinkedIn, Meta, and/or YouTube.

• Capability to develop clear and compelling calls-to-action that drive conversions.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new brands and projects.

• Familiarity with After Effects or motion design is a plus.

• Experience in B2B, technology, SaaS, or corporate marketing is a bonus.

• Comfort with AI-driven creative tools is advantageous.

• Experience with recording/production tools for webinar-style content is a plus.

• Candidates shortlisted for interviews will need to complete a brief 30-second YouTube ad edit as part of a practical assessment.
