Graphic Designer, Large Format – Signage & Vehicle Wraps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare print-ready artwork for large-format signage and vehicle wraps based on provided logos, images, and initial briefs.

• Design layouts to reflect real-world dimensions, ensuring proper scale, bleed, and tiling for large-format production.

• Create templates for vehicle wraps, accommodating panel seams, door gaps, curves, and wrap-around edges.

• Review files prior to printing for color accuracy, resolution, outlined fonts, and cut lines, ensuring a clean installation on walls or vehicles.

• Thoroughly read briefs, ask clarifying questions, and confirm details prior to commencing work.

• Utilize structured Trello briefs and maintain up-to-date status for each task card.

• Provide a brief daily update regarding completed tasks and upcoming projects.

• Meet agreed turnaround times and notify in advance if deadlines are at risk.

• As an additional responsibility, create and schedule social media posts featuring job photos and completed work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator with a strong vector-first approach (clean vectors, proper outlines, no raster shortcuts).

• Experience in a print shop, particularly in large-format production, with a solid understanding of DPI at scale, color profiles, bleed, and print setup.

• Strong knowledge of signage and vehicle wrap installation techniques.

• A portfolio displaying signage and wrap projects.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English — capable of comprehending briefs, asking pertinent questions, and confirming details clearly before beginning work.

• Fully committed to this role during work hours, with no other job obligations.

• Consistent employment history, with references from two direct managers.

• Dependable and consistent — reliably shows up and delivers every day.

• Open and proactive in communication, addressing issues early.

• Detail-oriented with respect to production aspects such as scale, bleed, and file setup.

• Takes responsibility for their work and conducts thorough file checks before printing.
