Digital Design Operations Intern, Master's

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist in Design Operations and UX Research efforts, which encompass resource distribution, capacity management, and project coordination.

• Develop and sustain Airtable solutions, dashboards, and reporting workflows that integrate operational data across various systems.

• Evaluate UX project metrics, team capacity, and delivery results.

• Record processes and pinpoint areas for enhancing operational efficiency.

• Acquire knowledge of job functions within the Managed Care sector and investigate career pathways.

• Utilize academic insights and acquire new skills through contributions to projects.

• Relay project updates and outcomes to staff mentors and management.

• Conduct research on legal, regulatory, and other relevant topics within the functional area and industry.

• Participate in training and development sessions.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework must be completed.

• Must be actively enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field pertinent to the hiring department throughout the internship duration.

• Enrollment in the graduate program must persist through the internship period.

• Familiarity with Airtable solutions, dashboards, and reporting workflows is required.

• Capability to analyze UX project metrics, team capacity, and delivery results is essential.

• Proficiency in researching legal, regulatory, and other topics relevant to the functional area and industry is necessary.
