Graphic Designer – Experiential

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create refined designs across brand identity, presentations, print materials, digital platforms, and large-scale experiential projects.

• Utilize expertise in layout, typography, color schemes, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Convert creative direction into unified deliverables and offer options and recommendations to the Art Director.

• Ensure visual consistency across various touchpoints and adhere to client brand guidelines.

• Design environmental graphics, large-format signage, branded spaces, and event materials.

• Prepare precise, production-ready files for vendors and fabricators.

• Collaborate with Art Direction and Production to assess feasibility, scale, and execution.

• Contribute ideas, references, mood boards, mockups, and sketches during the concept development phase.

• Refine designs based on internal and client feedback.

• Oversee deliverables across multiple projects and timelines.

• Maintain organized files following established naming conventions, storage, and asset management practices.

• Coordinate with the Creative Production Manager on reviews, approvals, and production handoffs.

• Work together with Creative, Production, and Growth teams under the guidance of a Creative Director or Art Director.

• Clearly present design concepts and rationale to internal teams.

• Stay updated on design, cultural, and experiential trends, while exploring tools that enhance creative execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience; experience in an agency, experiential, or event setting is preferred.

• A portfolio showcasing strong skills in layout, typography, color, and composition across print, digital, and presentation work.

• Experience in environmental, large-format, or experiential design is highly advantageous.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

• Familiarity with Figma, motion graphics, or 3D tools is a plus.

• Comprehensive understanding of print production and file preparation, including CMYK, bleed, trim, dielines, and designing at scale for vendors and fabricators.

• Experience adhering to brand guidelines and translating creative direction into cohesive designs.

• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects while identifying timing concerns early.

• Effective communicator who confidently presents work and receives feedback with professionalism and curiosity.

• Familiarity with Google Suite, PowerPoint, Slack, and Productive.

• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends around event schedules.

• A genuine passion for design, brand storytelling, and experiential marketing.
