This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist two well-established brands with high-volume packaging artwork, compliance updates, point-of-sale materials, and marketing collateral for new product launches.

• Convert approved product concepts into final production artwork.

• Ensure that packaging, labels, launch materials, and compliance updates are precise, aligned with brand standards, and ready for print.

• Adhere strictly to brand guidelines.

• Contribute to maintaining the legal compliance and market readiness of products across international markets.

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Revise existing packaging artwork for product developments, including new pack sizes and packaging formats.

• Implement updates related to compliance, such as ingredient modifications, allergen information, legal wording, product weights and measurements, recycling symbols, and regulatory labeling.

• Ensure accurate version control across all artwork.

• Proofread packaging for text, barcodes, nutritional information, and legal as well as regulatory text.

• Prepare artwork for print in accordance with technical specifications.

• Coordinate with print suppliers regarding dielines, bleed, color separations, and Pantone and CMYK specifications.
