Senior Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold compelling visual identities and brand systems.

• Craft high-quality marketing materials for both digital and print channels.

• Ensure uniformity across company visuals, campaigns, and communication assets.

• Design visually captivating presentations, pitch decks, and social media content.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create innovative campaigns.

• Transform business objectives into effective visual concepts.

• Produce campaign visuals, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.

• Assist UX/UI teams with visual assets and creative direction when necessary.

• Contribute to the creative direction of digital experiences and storytelling websites.

• Develop simple motion graphics and animated content for social media and presentations.

• Engage in visual storytelling concepts utilizing modern tools and AI-driven workflows.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and marketing specialists.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.

• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and digital design projects.

• Experience in agencies, startups, or dynamic creative environments is preferred.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Solid understanding of typography.

• Strong grasp of layout systems.

• Good knowledge of color theory.

• Familiarity with branding systems.

• Understanding of social media design principles.

• Basic familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects.

• Experience with Premiere Pro is preferred.

• Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender and Cinema 4D is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI-driven creative workflows is advantageous.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and modern digital product design is a plus.
