Graphic Designer – Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Transform campaign briefs into compelling visual concepts that clearly convey the target audience, offer, and call to action.

• Design polished advertisements that balance brand consistency with the specific needs of each campaign.

• Create diverse creative variations to test different imagery, layouts, and messaging strategies.

• Adapt approved designs for various ad sizes and placements while maintaining readability and visual appeal.

• Utilize campaign outcomes and feedback from stakeholders to enhance creative work and articulate design modifications.

• Collaborate with marketing and copywriting teams to ensure alignment between visuals and messaging.

• Develop reusable templates and maintain organized asset libraries to ensure consistent production of creative materials.

• Provide quality-checked exports and editable source files within agreed timelines, proactively identifying layout, copy, and formatting issues prior to handoff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in translating creative briefs and brand guidelines into completed digital assets.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalent professional design software.

• Capability to generate multiple creative approaches to a brief and refine work based on constructive feedback.

• Fluent in written and spoken English for effective remote collaboration.

• Strong project organization skills, including clear file naming, version control, and timely communication regarding deadlines.

• Skills in motion graphics or short-form video editing for advertising content.

• Experience in facilitating creative A/B tests and utilizing campaign results to guide design choices.

• Familiarity with creative for landing pages or e-commerce platforms.

• Background in creating reusable templates using Figma or Canva.
