Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design graphics for social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.

• Develop and update marketing materials for the vehicle subscription catalogue and website.

• Create on-brand visual assets for vehicle launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to transform campaign briefs into refined visual concepts.

• Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing materials.

• Edit and format photography and video content for various marketing channels.

• Prepare presentations, one-pagers, and internal communication documents.

• Oversee multiple design projects and deadlines concurrently.

• Assist in marketing efforts for a car subscription service that provides flexible, all-inclusive vehicle access.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and/or Canva.

• Keen eye for layout, typography, color, and visual composition.

• Ability to work from a brief and deliver polished, on-brand designs with minimal revisions.

• Excellent time management skills and capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the Marketing team.

• Basic skills in video editing or motion graphics are desirable.

• Experience in designing for automotive or subscription-based brands is preferred.

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a marketing team or agency setting.

• Experience with fast-growing or subscription-based consumer brands is advantageous.

• USB headset with noise-cancellation capability.

• Working webcam.

• Computer equipped with at least a 1.5 GHz processor and a minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Main internet service with at least a 50 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service with at least 25 Mbps.

• Dual monitor setup.

• BIR registration and necessary government contributions.

• NBI or Police Clearance.

• Government-issued identification.

• Availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM MNL time, Monday to Friday.

• Completion of English proficiency and personality tests is required.

• Willingness to adhere to system monitoring and cybersecurity protocols.

• Readiness to provide references and pre-employment documentation.

• Independent contractor agreement under Singapore Law with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd.
