Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create and implement innovative digital-first designs for promotional campaigns, product launches, and ongoing retail marketing efforts.

• Produce assets for various platforms including email, websites, paid media, social media, digital advertising, and CRM.

• Assist in omni-channel campaigns that uphold brand consistency while enhancing customer engagement and generating revenue.

• Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams, as well as cross-functional collaborators, to transform business goals into creative outputs.

• Oversee multiple projects at once in a dynamic, deadline-focused setting.

• Ensure that creative materials adhere to brand guidelines, production requirements, and quality standards.

• Play a role in optimizing creative workflows, improving efficiencies, and refining design systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, particularly in digital marketing within the retail sector.

• Demonstrated experience in designing high-volume promotional materials and campaign creatives in a fast-paced environment.

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices across email, web, social media, paid media, and e-commerce platforms.

• Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration across various departments.

• Results-oriented with a proven track record of producing high-quality work at scale.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, and Figma.

• Experience working within established brand frameworks while customizing creative assets for various campaigns and target audiences.

• Familiarity with motion graphics and knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a bonus.
