Midweight Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative assets for paid advertisements, website components, digital media, and campaign materials.

• Develop both static and motion-based content, typically divided equally between static designs and motion/animation.

• Design animated GIFs for social media platforms.

• Contribute to the ideation process for creative campaign concepts.

• Partner with a strategy copywriter to generate bold and distinctive ideas.

• Constructively challenge project briefs and produce engaging, unique B2B creative work.

• Adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating fresh insights to advance the brand.

• Engage in weekly team or manager meetings to oversee workflow and align output with strategic objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B graphic design.

• A portfolio that highlights both traditional and motion-based design projects.

• Proficiency in creating campaign and demand-generation materials, including paid advertisements and digital assets.

• Strong skills in motion design and animation, particularly for social media applications.

• Capability to work independently and effectively manage time.

• A flexible schedule to accommodate project requirements.

• A proactive attitude towards creative challenges and the confidence to push creative limits.

• Familiarity with Asana, Teams, HubSpot, Canva Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• Access to personal technology for design projects.

• Willingness to participate in global client syncs, meetings, and follow-ups at varying times.

• Must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship.
