Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and create visual materials for organic and paid social media, Meta advertising, email marketing, and CRM systems.

• Design captivating graphics for websites, landing pages, and a variety of digital channels.

• Assemble presentation decks and pitch materials for both client and internal use.

• Adapt and implement campaign concepts across diverse digital formats while maintaining high visual standards.

• Utilize typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition effectively in all design outputs.

• Adhere to established client brand guidelines and visual systems during the design process.

• Ensure a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in both major creative projects and quick-turnaround assignments.

• Keep creative outputs innovative and contemporary while ensuring brand consistency.

• Manage assigned creative projects from initial brief to final delivery.

• Collaborate with designers, account managers, content creators, and strategists.

• Maintain organized project files and adhere to version control protocols.

• Provide updates on progress, timelines, and potential challenges to the broader team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Strong foundational skills in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Comprehensive understanding of design for digital platforms and various content formats.

• Proven ability to work effectively within established brand guidelines.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail for both quick-turnaround tasks and larger projects.

• Collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to accept feedback.

• Prior experience in a marketing or creative agency environment.

• Familiarity with motion design using Adobe After Effects or similar software.

• Experience in creating performance-focused assets for paid social media or CRM campaigns.
