Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop graphic assets for monetization funnels, including paywall screens, upsell components, and promotional banners.

• Create and modify vector illustrations and UI graphics in line with the current visual style.

• Design banners and visual elements for email marketing initiatives.

• Prepare screenshots and visual assets for the App Store and Google Play, including updates and localizations.

• Adapt existing creatives to various formats, sizes, and A/B test variations.

• Produce Lottie animations for monetization funnels.

• Ensure visual consistency and high quality across materials related to monetization.

• Collaborate closely with the senior designer and the PMM team.

• Organize source files and adhere to internal naming and handoff protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Junior-level commercial experience in graphic design.

• A portfolio showcasing examples of graphic design, vector illustrations, or marketing visuals.

• Educational background in art or design, either through a formal degree or completed courses.

• Proficient daily use of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong capability to independently create vector illustrations.

• Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in generating images using AI tools.

• Ability to incorporate feedback and refine designs while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Attention to detail and high standards for visual excellence.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with designers, PMM, and other stakeholders.

• Must be located within Europe.

• Availability to work on a schedule that overlaps CET by plus or minus 3 hours.
