Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and produce trade marketing materials such as point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, banners, signage, posters, totems, store signage, and other in-store assets.

• Create key visuals along with extensions/adaptations for commercial campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.

• Modify layouts for various formats, channels, and partners (both retail and wholesale) while ensuring visual consistency.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Trade teams to grasp objectives, target audiences, and project specifications.

• Prepare final print-ready files and coordinate technical adjustments with vendors when necessary.

• Organize and maintain file libraries, templates, and visual standards for trade marketing.

• Ensure all materials align with the brand book and adhere to the brand's visual guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in design focused on trade marketing, retail, or branding.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).

• Understanding of print production processes and file prepress/packaging for production.

• Capability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple requests simultaneously.

• A strategic perspective on visual communication and brand experience at the point of sale.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Experience in creating materials for large retail chains.

• Basic knowledge of motion design or video editing.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar).
