📋 Description

• Create visually appealing UI elements, including buttons, frames, icons, badges, cards, and various graphic assets for advertising creatives.

• Design and modify character imagery, environments, backgrounds, packshots, and accompanying visual materials.

• Utilize AI tools to produce, edit, upscale, extend, and enhance visual assets.

• Ensure visual consistency across AI-generated characters, styles, environments, and various creative iterations.

• Prepare layered, production-ready files for use by motion designers and video editors.

• Generate visual concepts influenced by scripts, references, and creative briefs.

• Modify assets to suit various formats, platforms, campaigns, and products.

• Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, motion designers, editors, and other production team members.

• Organize source files and deliver assets in accordance with technical specifications and deadlines.

• Mid-level professional experience in graphic design, advertising design, game art, or digital content production.

• A robust professional portfolio showcasing commercial-quality work.

• Practical experience with generative AI tools for image creation and editing.

• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, with confidence in working with masks, layers, compositing, color correction, and retouching.

• Solid grasp of composition, typography, color, lighting, and visual hierarchy.

• Capability to produce consistent assets rather than standalone AI-generated images.

• Ability to adhere to an established visual style and work accurately with references.

• Comfortable working swiftly, accepting direct feedback, and iterating on multiple versions.

• Strong file organization skills and meticulous attention to technical details.
