This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, concept development, and production processes.

• Craft brand identities, logos, and comprehensive visual identity systems.

• Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and campaign collateral.

• Produce print and digital designs across diverse formats and platforms.

• Develop presentation decks, pitch materials, and corporate communications.

• Oversee multiple projects while ensuring quality and adhering to deadlines.

• Collaborate with project managers and team members to comprehend briefs and deliver effective design solutions.

• Transform concepts into polished, production-ready assets.

• Adjust existing designs to new sizes, formats, and channels.

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

• Evaluate feedback and implement revisions swiftly and professionally.

• Stay updated with design trends, typography, layout, and best practices in visual communication.

• Clearly communicate progress and keep projects on track.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design.

• Proficiency in AI tools is essential.

• Must be adept in using AI creative tools as part of the standard design workflow.

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, marketing, and digital design projects.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant software.

• Comprehensive understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.

• Experience with clients, agencies, or white-label projects is preferred.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, flexible work environment.

• Availability to collaborate during EST working hours.

• Previous experience in a startup or agency setting.
